Courtyard by Marriott Nashville Vanderbilt/West End

The room gets 4 stars only because it's dated. Rpm was squeaky clean, shower is spacious. Staff is top notch. There are so many restaurants in walking distance including the city cafe (top 50 southern). Parking is provided for a cost. Parking is rough in the area. But I recommend the hotel and the location.

I had a great stay at this hotel, and a big part of that was because of Emily. From the moment I arrived, she was welcoming, professional, and genuinely kind. She went out of her way to make sure everything was smooth and comfortable, answered all my questions, and made me feel valued as a guest. Her positive attitude and attention to detail really stood out and made the experience even better. The hotel itself was clean and comfortable, but Emily’s service is what truly made this stay memorable. I would definitely stay here again and hope to be helped by her next time.

We were extremely pleased overall and would happily recommend. We found the entire property to be clean and well maintained. The room was spacious and updated. Staff were incredibly helpful from checkin to checkout. Thank you for making our first stay in Nashville so amazing!

Our stay here was really nice. The rooms were spacious, and the location is super convenient—close to Broadway and right across the street from a hot chicken spot that’s always busy. Jorge was so kind and greeted us like family, which made for such a warm start to our trip. I also appreciated that they held our luggage after checkout. The lobby bar was a nice touch, and I loved the free fruit water. Wish I had taken pictures, but I’d definitely recommend this hotel. They have a cute spot with the Nashville sign that you can take pictures.

We spent three nights here during snow and ice storm so we could be close to a new grandbaby in the NICU/hospital. The location was great! Our rooms were clean. The staff were amazing especially Emily who helped me to navigate pushing a very full cart all the way to my room! The staff was also friendly and genuinely interested in how the baby was doing, asking to see pictures each day when we got back. We didn’t get to eat in the Bistro because it was packed but they were communicating very well and trying to provide or serve as much or many as they could with so many displaced due to weather. Overall it was a great experience. Paying to park was a little steep but overall again it was a great experience during a difficult time. Thank you!

She greeted me with a warm smile, handled my car with care, and took the time to explain everything clearly and efficiently. What really stood out was her genuine hospitality — she went above and beyond to make me feel welcomed and valued, even during a busy shift. My car was returned quickly and exactly as I left it, which showed her strong attention to detail. If you’re looking for valet service that’s reliable, courteous, and truly cares about customer satisfaction, Berni is absolutely the best. Highly recommend!

Everything was great. Room was clean and the workers were really nice. They are renovating one of the elevators, so there is only one operational. There are couple good restaurants near by, and there is a dollars general express just two blocks away. Very convenient.
